ABOUT THE COACH
Tristen Martinez, SPT, CSCS, CPT, is a highly qualified expert in the fields of exercise, sport, and health sciences, holding a B.S. in Exercise Science. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Currently pursuing his Doctorate in Physical Therapy with a focus on Sports Medicine, Tristen is committed to advancing his knowledge and skills to provide the highest level of care and training.
With over 100 clients successfully guided toward their fitness, sport, and nutrition goals, Tristen has worked with a diverse range of individuals, from elite college athletes and bodybuilders to powerlifters, fitness enthusiasts, and complete beginners. His approach is rooted in evidence-based methods, ensuring that every program he designs is built on the latest research in rehabilitation, strength, conditioning, and nutrition. Tristen’s dedication to continual education and real-world experience makes him the ideal choice for those seeking to unlock their full potential.
